There's plenty of anime to pick out and watch in Crunchyroll's catalog. It doesn't matter what genre or stories you're usually invested in — there's a little bit of something for everyone. From a murder mystery starring anthropomorphic animals to young love, this list's got you covered!

As Miss Beelzebub Likes It.

As Miss Beezlebub Likes It.

In As Miss Beelzebub Likes It. the question of how demons and angels act is answered in a clear-cut way. The series is one that's sugary-sweet and details the lives of the demons who live in Pandemonium — in other words, the deepest pit of Hell. None other than Beelzebub rules over this realm as the King of Hell, but she's not as easy to figure out as one would think. She loves anything and everything fluffy, is quite the klutz, and would rather sleep in a pile of  Gossamers (Angel Hairs) than work.

Ready to discover that she's nothing but a normal girl with Mullin (her newest assistant by her side) they grow exceptionally close — so close that even romance begins to blossom between them. Amongst a cast of other former angels who turned into demons,  Beezlebub and Mullin's romance is brought to life in this relaxing slice-of-life comedy series.

ODDTAXI

Odokawa ODDTAXI

ODDTAXI has a simple premise but a complicated story once you become invested in the show. Odokawa is a taxi driver who has no family, a minimal pool of friends and lives a very quiet life. That's all until a patron who rode in his taxi is said to have gone missing — and all of the conversations within his cab all seem to lead to him being a central player in this mystery.

The witty dialogue and memorable characters are excellent foils to Odokawa and friends. The mystery doesn't let up, with every conversation being a hint that either leads to the missing girl or connecting it to another impending case that involves Odokawa and those he cares about. Nothing is as it seems.

JORAN THE PRINCESS OF SNOW AND BLOOD

JORAN THE PRINCESS OF SNOW AND BLOOD

JORAN THE PRINCESS OF SNOW AND BLOOD takes place in an alternate version of Japan, with both Showa and Meiji era influences. In this time, Tokugawa Yoshinobu still reigns over Japan — and the country discovered a new energy source called the Dragon Vein that allowed for technology to progress at a rapid pace.

But power comes with consequences, and a group that goes by the name Kuchinawa wishes to overthrow the Shogunate. In response, the Tokugawa government created a special police force called Nue to hunt them — and Sawa Yukimura, a young girl who also works as an executioner, has made it her mission to avenge her family who was killed by the Kuchinawa boss.

To Your Eternity

To Your Eternity

To Your Eternity is both a tale full of hope and one that can show even the deepest despair. Following a being known as "It" after it's cast onto Earth, It transforms from rock to now the form of a human boy named Fushi. Fushi doesn't have all of the humanity he could gain on his own, though. As he encounters various people, he begins to learn kindness and survival skills.

Despite him learning all these things, however, darkness looms over him as Nokkers — creatures crafted to stop Fushi from aiding the failing world — impede him by stealing his memories and even control other people, dead or alive.

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai is frequently compared to the Monogatari Series but it deserves to shine in the spotlight on its own. Puberty Syndrome is an occurrence in teenagers who may have unstable backgrounds or emotional baggage. When Sakuta Azusagawa meets Mai Sakurajima walking around nonchalantly in a bunny suit in the school library, he's surprised to see that no one else notices this spectacle.

That's when he discovers that she is a victim of Puberty Syndrome — and that it runs deeper throughout his school than he thought. Throughout the series, he meets various girls who also had the syndrome, and unveils the truth behind why it occurs.

The Slime Diaries

Rimuru Sliming In Slime Diaries

The Slime Diaries follows Rimuru Tempest and company once again, but in a more laidback slice of life way. Don't count it out just because of that, though — it's enjoyable in its own right, especially after watching That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. The show's highlights are how it doesn't just focus on Rimuru and shines the spotlight on the other characters.

It also gives you a look at the day-to-day life of Rimuru and the others, from wacky hijinks to simple and hilarious antics. To make matters even better, characters that didn't get much development are given redemption with each episode.

Yona of the Dawn

Yona of the Dawn Yona and Hak

Although Yona of the Dawn did not adapt all of the source material, that does not make the anime any less favorable in comparison to the manga. This series trades lighthearted themes for some action, politics, and slight romance. After Princess Yona's 15th birthday celebration is ruined because her cousin Su-woon killed her father and planned to become the next king of Kouka, she's left with no choice but to leave her kingdom or die.

Now on the run with her personal bodyguard and childhood friend Hak, she is left to find the Four Dragon Warriors so she can survive the threats surrounding her, as well as to take back and save her country.
